We went looking for a new car on Saturday at Werner Hyundai and were greeted by Jonathan Thomas (JT). We told him what we were looking for along with our price range, and he immediately went to work putting some options together for us. Best part? Absolutely no pressure. We left to go home and think things over. As my wife and I discussed the vehicles, we were still uncertain, so we called JT. His response: “No worries, I got you.” He went above and beyond by sending us videos of additional vehicles and personally explaining all the features to help us make the right decision. Fast forward to today — JT called and said, “I got you a deal,” and sent us another video on a 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. We told him we were on our way. Needless to say, thanks to JT, Colleen, Josh, and the rest of the team, we are now driving home in our third Santa Fe! Just wanted to share my experience, first thing when I arrived I was greeted by Joshua Ellis, we spoke about what I was interested in (2026) Elantra then came Mike and he stated we are going to make this happen and I stated I don't believe you can because of my credit score! When I tell you in 20mins I was in my new ride I couldn't believe it. If your looking for a new car and think you can't get one go to Joshua he and Mike will make it happen.

I’m very pleased with my purchase experience at Werner Hyundai. I did not expect how easy it would be to come to an agreement on pricing for my desired vehicle. I told them I had placed a deposit on the same vehicle but of a different color and they had just came in stock with the color I desired. They beat the other dealer’s pricing by hundreds of dollars AND offered to deliver it to me free of charge. Ciara was instrumental to my purchasing process and she was a no-nonsense negotiator. She understood exactly what my needs were and made me an offer I couldn’t refuse.. literally within an hour of me contacting the dealer, I was presented with a deal sheet with clearly explained pricing and minimal additional fees. They met me where I was at and sweetened the deal to earn my business. Online paperwork was very accessible and my vehicle was delivered in impeccable condition.
