I bought a car in July and Jonathan was excellent! He went above and beyond to find the vehicle I was looking for and had it delivered from another dealership overnight. He stayed in touch during the process via phone/text. He was kind, courteous and listened to me. He is always accessible if I have any questions. He has plenty of energy and works very hard. Came to the dealer ship for oil change dropped off vehicle and wasn't made aware of the $100 fee .My service adviser should have mentioned to me that I'd exhausted all my courtesy changes. Instead when I picked up my car there was a $100 service fee.Ill not refer this dealership to my friends or family. I purchased 3 vehicles there but never until now received shady practices. This is my third vehicle obtained from Werner. I have been extremely pleased with the service from all aspects of my experiences there. The agent for this purchase was Jonathan Thomas, who was excellent. I recently visited one of Werner Hyundai’s tent sales to browse and was welcomed by Ciara Auerbach. We talked about several cars and SUVs for a few minutes, and I left. When I returned on Saturday, Ciara greeted me again and, to my surprise, remembered my name. I looked at several cars and SUVs, and we discussed Hyundai’s excellent warranty. Needless to say, I ended up purchasing my 2026 Tucson. Ciara was instrumental in my decision-making. It was a pleasure to work with Ciara and to purchase from Werner Hyundai.

Jey (Jernir) was incredibly helpful when we stopped by Hyundai while dealing with car issues on a road trip. Even though he wasn’t part of the service repair team, he went out of his way to contact a technician who guided us on what to do so we could safely make it home, as the service shop was closed on Sunday. We really appreciate his kindness, effort, and willingness to help in a stressful situation!!

I deeply thank the staff here at Werner Hyundai for helping me on my way. I had just stopped to get gas and noticed I had a tire going flat. I told Waze to take me to the nearest Hyundai dealer and 7 minutes later I was in line at the service center. My sidewall was damaged and I needed a new tire. Just wanted to share my experience, first thing when I arrived I was greeted by Joshua Ellis, we spoke about what I was interested in (2026) Elantra then came Mike and he stated we are going to make this happen and I stated I don't believe you can because of my credit score! When I tell you in 20mins I was in my new ride I couldn't believe it. If your looking for a new car and think you can't get one go to Joshua he and Mike will make it happen.

I had my vehicle serviced at Werner Hyundai Tallahassee on 2/5, and I wanted to share what an excellent experience I had. I’ve purchased two new vehicles from this dealership and have used their service department since 2020 while my vehicles were under warranty. In the past, I avoided coming here because even a simple oil change would take all day, which led me to have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. However, this visit completely changed my perspective. I was in and out in less than two hours. During that time, they completed an oil change, full inspection, tire rotation, and took care of two separate recalls on my 2025 Santa Fe. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. I want to give a huge shoutout to my service advisor, Richie McMullen, for being on top of everything from start to finish. He was professional, communicative, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I also want to recognize the technician, Ethan Connell. I was able to watch him working through the window, and he was thorough, careful, and very time-efficient. This experience truly changed my view of the service department. Because of the level of care and efficiency I received, I plan to continue having my vehicle serviced here even after my warranty ends, and I will definitely consider Werner Hyundai again for future vehicle purchases.
