My wife and I went in on Sunday looking for a pre-owned Palisade. Josiah Solomon (sales agent) and Daniel Diacont (business manger) took care of us. Josiah brought several cars right to the front of their store and had them cooled and ready for us to test drive. Exceptional service from Dylan Fudge and the Werner Hyundai service team! My daughter is an FSU student and the check-engine light came on in her 2024 Hyundai Kona right before Labor Day weekend. Since I'm several hours away, I was understandably concerned, especially after having the code checked and learning the vehicle had a cylinder misfire. I finally connected with Dylan in Service at 2:30 on a Friday afternoon heading into Labor Day weekend. I fully expected to be told that they couldn't get her in until the following week. Instead, Dylan simply said, “Tell her to bring it in.” My daughter headed straight to the dealership, and when she arrived, they were already expecting her and knew why she was coming in. They got the Kona in, diagnosed the issue, completed the repair, and had her back on the road in about an hour. As a parent with a daughter away at college, that level of service means more than I can express. Dylan didn't give us the runaround or make us wait days for an appointment. He recognized the situation, made room for her late on a Friday afternoon, and made sure she was taken care of. In fact, I went to 850 Auto multiple times because they needed to retake the photographs for the claim. I was told, essentially, that as long as I had brought it in before the deadline, I was covered, but that the actual repair could take a long time because there were so many claims. I then spent the better part of a year waiting and repeatedly trying to get updates. When I finally reached someone at 850 Auto about getting the paint work completed, 850 Auto sent me back to Werner Hyundai. Werner took yet another set of photographs — the third set in total — and Dylan Fudge told me I would hear back regarding the warranty. I never received that promised call. After I explained this entire history to Werner's warranty manager, Dee, I was told that I am now supposedly too late for warranty coverage and that the best they can do is treat the repair as "goodwill." I found their tone dismissive and unhelpful, particularly after I explained that I had followed Werner’s instructions and had been trying to resolve this for a year now. Even more frustrating, I was told that 850 Auto is not an authorized body shop. Then why did Werner Hyundai send me there in the first place? I did not independently choose 850 Auto. I went there because Werner Hyundai instructed me to go there. I followed the instructions I was given, had photographs taken multiple times, repeatedly sought updates, and relied on the assurance that I had met the deadline. Now, after all of that, I'm being treated as though I simply showed up late and Werner is doing me a favor by considering "goodwill" assistance. My experience has involved being sent back and forth, repeated photographs, promised callbacks that never came, conflicting information, and an enormous amount of unnecessary effort just to obtain the paint repair I originally approached Werner about before the deadline. I have escalated the matter and retained documentation of my attempts to resolve it. I will update this review if Werner Hyundai ultimately resolves the situation appropriately.

Great experince buying my new car here. There was non of that pressure you feel from some other dealerships. They listened to what we wanted in the car and the price we were looking to pay. They met both! Dusty, sales consultant and Major, finance manager were great to work with.

Mannie was amazing and answered all questions I had and he had me and my family laughing the whole time… he was dancing and kept the time going by even tho we waited awhile for managers to run numbers and get everything finalized.

Came to the dealer ship for oil change dropped off vehicle and wasn't made aware of the $100 fee .My service adviser should have mentioned to me that I'd exhausted all my courtesy changes. Instead when I picked up my car there was a $100 service fee.Ill not refer this dealership to my friends or family. I purchased 3 vehicles there but never until now received shady practices. This is my third vehicle obtained from Werner. I have been extremely pleased with the service from all aspects of my experiences there. I recently visited one of Werner Hyundai’s tent sales to browse and was welcomed by Ciara Auerbach. We talked about several cars and SUVs for a few minutes, and I left. When I returned on Saturday, Ciara greeted me again and, to my surprise, remembered my name. I looked at several cars and SUVs, and we discussed Hyundai’s excellent warranty. Jey (Jernir) was incredibly helpful when we stopped by Hyundai while dealing with car issues on a road trip.
