Werner Hyundai is looking for an exciting and people friendly opportunist to preform multiple tasks simultaneously in a high paced position in our dealership.
This position will require the following duties and requirements:
Duties/Responsibilities
• Assist management staff with clerical needs including answering phones, set up service calls, greet customers and check out , correspondence, filing and some data entry.
Requirements (Experience)
• MS office including Outlook exchange, Word, Excel
• Ability to do web research ( if needed )
• High attention to detail as well as ability to multi-task an absolute must
• Must have good job references and verifiable experience in the above items
• Friendly disposition
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Quick learner
• Technology Savvy
• High School Graduate
• Ability to pass drug screen
• Punctuality
• Reliable
• Desire to learn new tasks
Position is non-exempt, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday and possibly one Saturday a month
Company benefit package after 90 days and vacation after 1 year
